The mechanical, chemical and electronic qualities of PTFE ensure a versatile use of these pipes in the chemical industry, in electronics, and also in the food and the pharmaceutical industry. Two extruding technologies exist to make extruded pipes. We make both RAM extruded pipes and Paste Extruded Pipes.

Foils are made from purses by paring. Foils are used for covering the sliding surfaces of machines. Custom sized and shaped sheets, sealers or forms can be cut out of PTFE foils. The product is available in a wade range of sizes, and in different material qualities.

Various profiles can be cut from the PTFE bars, plates and bushes. We are able to make custom profiles after drawings satisfying all special needs of our customers. Some of the main fields where these products are used include the chemical, pharmaceutical, textile and paper industries and the petroleum and oil industry.

PTFE and fiberglass make an excellent combination because of the high anti-adhesive qualities and excellent heat and chemical resistance, together with the low friction coefficient of PTFE and the great mechanical stability and small heat expansion rate of fiberglass.PTFE coated fiberglass has a good tensile strength, it is pressure and tearing resistant and it has excellent electrical qualities.
It can withstand weather, UV radiation and it is  time resistante. We can deliver PTFE coated fiberglass with an anti-static finish. Applications: transport-covering of heat tunnels, heat sealing curtains, the covering of transporting and sliding  tracks in electonics and the baking industry

Plates, sheets, profiles can be made according to the needs of our customers from drawings. We provide help for choosing the appropriate material for the different application fields. (minimal and maximal exposure to heat and mechanical usage, required rate of chemical resistance)
